Celestial is a divided city on the brink of civil war. An organized crime syndicate struggles to maintain control over their underground command of the city, as a corrupt administration has been tasked with choking them out. The citizens of Celestial are caught in the vortex between the two power brokers as the violence escalates and the stakes get higher. Chaos and calamity fracture the social order. Dirty alliances, split loyality, and guy-wrenching tragedy fan the fmales and threaten to reduce the city to ash. What, if anything, will survive?
