Mission Coffee House Concert Series is pleased to present the beautiful harmonies of Molly Moolman and Taylor Meloche at The Hall at Heritage Park Centre, a premier acoustic listening room for discerning live music enthusiasts!

Based in Vancouver BC, Molly & Taylor are a singer-songwriter duo whose music fuses folk storytelling and pop vocal harmony with the soulful energy of Jazz and R&B. 

Vocalist and songwriter Molly Moolman is known for her unique and soulful sound. Raised in Smithers, BC, with a strong musical upbringing that is rooted in both the folk and jazz tradition - Molly’s musical style reflects just that. She is deeply influenced by the likes of Sarah Vaughan and Madison Cunningham. Her writing explores themes of grief, nostalgia, and hope with a touch of humour. 

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Taylor Meloche is a natural performer. Originally from Ontario, she honed her artistry through studies across Canada and the United States. Influenced by the powerful voices of soul artists like Roberta Flack and the vivid storytelling of Canadian folk artists like Joni Mitchell, Taylor’s music commands listeners to confront their deepest emotions. 

Together, Molly and Taylor’s music is deeply influenced by their rural upbringings and reflected in their candid and visual storytelling. Presented with lush vocals, acoustic guitar and piano, they create performances that are rich in emotion and harmony that go straight to the heart.
