Welcome to Theatre Temp & Dream Big’s Winter Showcase!

Thank you for joining us to celebrate the incredible creativity of our East Van students! At Theatre Temp and Dream Big, we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming space where students of all grades can explore, create, and share their unique voices.

Tonight’s showcase begins with The Best of Dream Big — a selection of short films written, produced, and edited entirely by Templeton students through our After School Film Program and classroom projects. These films capture authentic stories and perspectives, offering a glimpse into the imagination and talent of our young filmmakers.

Following the films, prepare to journey into the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland — a bold reimagining of Lewis Carroll’s beloved classic, brought to life in true Theatre Temp style. Follow Alice as she tumbles down the rabbit hole and encounters an unforgettable cast of characters, from the mischievous Cheshire Cat to the eccentric Mad Hatter and the fiery Queen of Hearts. This imaginative retelling explores themes of curiosity, identity, and finding one’s place in a topsy-turvy world.
